Presentation formats include :

Research presentations
(10–15 minutes)

In-person
This format is ideal for students looking to gain experience presenting their research to a public audience. Presentations should be 10–15 minutes, with 2–4 talks grouped per session. Session moderators will keep time, and presenters are expected to stay for the Q&A at the end.

Workshops

In-person
Presenters lead a 30-minute workshop to demonstrate a technique or methodology in an engaging, interactive format. Workshops are designed to foster the development of new knowledge and skills through hands-on, collaborative participation. Both students and faculty are welcome to lead workshops.

Posters

In-person
Posters are displayed together in a large room for 1.5 hours, during which authors present their work individually to attendees who wish to discuss it. Presenters are responsible for printing their own posters.
