2. What size should my poster be?
Maximum size: 36 × 48 inches.
3. Where can I have my poster printed?
The University of Ottawa’s DocUcentre can print posters with about 48 hours’ notice.
4. Can I use the uOttawa logo on my poster or presentation?

5. What should I expect during the Poster Session?
- Date & Time: 12:00 PM–1:30 PM at the Faculty of Education’s Resource Centre (LMX 203).
- Materials: Poster boards and push pins will be provided.
- Setup & Take Down: Posters can be put up as early as 9 a.m. and must be taken down by 1:30 PM.
- Engagement: You will stand by your poster and discuss it with participants. Prepare a short oral summary highlighting key points.
- Enjoy lunch during the session!
